Chapagetti (Chajang Noodle) by Nong Shim
You’ve seen it in Korean dramas and movies, Chapagetti is hype. Noodles with sauce mix. Optional, but a must: add your choice of protein. Made in USA.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Modified Potato Starch, and less than 2% of the following: Caramel Color, Carrot, Citric Acid, Corn Flour, Corn Oil, Dextrin, sodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Egg, Garlic, Ginger, ctose, Maltodextrin, No Added MSG, Olive Oil, Onion, Potassium Carbonate, Potato, Rapeseed Oil, Riboflavin Color, Salt, Sesame, Shallot, Shrimp, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Phosphates, Soy Protein, Soybeans, Soybean Oil, Sugar, T-BHQ, Tocopherol, Yeast Extract.
Directions: 1. Boil 600 ml (about 2-1/2 cups) of water. Add noodles and vegetable mix. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Remove from heat. Strain noodles and leave 4-5 tablespoons of water. 3. Add soup base and vegetable oil. Mix well and serve. Microwave (1000 W) (cooking time may vary depending on microwaves). 1. Put vegetable mix into a microwavable bowl, then add noodles on top. Pour 470 ml (about 2 cups) of room temperature water. 2. Place a microwavable cover on the bowl. Cook for 8 minutes. When using hot water, cook for 5 minutes. 3. Strain noodles and leave 4-5 tablespoons of water. Add soup base and vegetable oil. Mix well and serve.
