Happy Skin’s Fresh Morning Dew Cooling Lip & Cheek Tint is a refreshing, providing both hydrating and cooling properties during application.  The creamy soft texture gives a lightweight feel while providing  high coverage in a vibrant but natural color that cools.  

This tint boasts Hyaluronic Acid, a magnet for moisture so lips feel hydrated and plump, while natural mint refreshes and soothes both lips and cheeks.  Free of parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, and mineral oils. Vegan and cruelty-free.

How to use:  Apply a small amount on the apples of your cheeks and quickly blend with your fingers.  For a gradient lip, dab a small amount on the center of the lips and blend outwards with your finger. Apply more for a full lip.
