Bagoong Tirong by Ilocano Brand
Ilocano Brand Bagoong Tirong is fermented for a number of months with only the best tirong, small saltwater fish. Bagoong can be used in a variety of ways, including as a salad dressing or a condiment for Filipino and Asian dishes, like pancit, or just as a dipping sauce.
Bagoong Tirong is not to be confused with the fermented shrimp paste bagoong, which you can find here.
