Instant Homemade Style Puto Bumbong Mix by Miguelito’s
Instructions:
- Combine 1-Pack of Miguelito’s Instant Puto Bumbong Mix with 1/2 cup water and mix.
- Add another 1/8 cup of water to the mixture and continue mixing until it becomes firm.
- Rest dough for at least 1 hour and grate to achieve coarse powder texture.
- Grease bamboo steamer with margarine (or substitute) to fill.
- Apply margarine (or substitute) then top with shredded coconut.
- Serve with muscovado sugar.
